The Women in Africa (WIA) Young Leaders Programme is offering young African women leaders who are committed to making a significant impact on the continent the opportunity to play a major role in the African revolution. This prestigious program, in partnership with Dior, Lazard, KPMG, and TotalEnergies, aims to support and highlight the next generation of African female leaders.
Selection Criteria:
- Women aged between 25 and 40 years old, born in an African country or with parents born in Africa.
- Demonstrated involvement in the continent’s development and social commitment.
- Leadership qualities such as humility, empathy, resilience, and convincing skills.
- Vision for the future of Africa and willingness to reconcile business conduct, social impact, and public/private dialogue.
- Ability to take on responsibilities at the highest level.
- Fluent in French or English, ideally bilingual.
Selection Process:
- Two-phase selection process involving file review and interview with the jury.
- 12 pre-finalists will be selected based on their applications, followed by interviews to select the final 10 leaders.
