UNICEF Youth Advocates Programme invites young advocates to join the 2024 Youth Advocates Programme to empower young people to become agents of social change. UNICEF launched the Youth Advocates Programme to recruit talent in partnership with United Nations Volunteers (UNV). Here’s how you can participate:

Program Overview: UNICEF’s Youth Advocates Programme empowers young people aged 18-24, including those with disabilities, to become agents of change and advocate for children’s rights. This initiative offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and active engagement with UNICEF’s work. Twenty young, passionate, and skilled advocates from across the world are needed to join the programme.

Youth Advocates Assignments

• Positions available in various countries and regions, including Congo, Liberia, Mozambique, Namibia, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, and Zimbabwe.
• Roles include U-Report and Youth Engagement Specialist, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer, Child Protection Officer, Programme Officer (Climate Change and Environment), Adolescent Health Programme Associate (HIV/AIDS), and more.
