The Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy Fellowship Programme is a program designed to equip young Nigerians with the skills, awareness, and perspective needed to address challenges across various sectors, particularly in the public sphere.
Program Details
- Offers first-hand experience in governance at the state government level.
- Includes participation in round table discussions with esteemed leaders from public and private sectors, as well as domestic and international policy trips.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a Nigerian citizen.
- Should have at least 2 years of work experience.
- Age between 25 and 35 years old.
- Hold a minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s degree.
- Possess an NYSC certificate or an exemption certificate.

- Stage 1: Fill and submit the application form.
- Stage 2: Aptitude Test – Computer Based Test (CBT).
- Stage 3: Essay – critical thinking and written communication.
- Stage 4: Competency-based interview.
